About Haelixa
Founded in Switzerland in 2016 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology), Haelixa is a Deep tech company that uses patented DNA-based technology to verify product origin and authenticity in supply chains. Haelixa markers are built with natural DNA sequences, are invisible, harmless, and designed to be resistant. This allows brands to scientifically validate claims related to recycling, quality, and material composition directly on the product itself. With proven adoption in textiles, precious metals, and gemstones, Haelixa is expanding its technology into luxury anti-counterfeiting to redefine product authenticity.
We are entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a motivated intern to bring AI-driven automation into our processes.

Starting Date: June 1st, 2026
Your responsibilities:
Your goal is to make daily sales and project management work faster and smarter by connecting and automating workflows across our core tools.
- Research and identify AI tools that can improve workflows across departments (e.g., operations, marketing&sales, administration).
- Evaluate tools based on criteria such as functionality, cost, integration capability, security, and usability.
- Run pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to test promising AI solutions.
- Implement selected tools and support their integration into existing processes.
- Train team members on how to effectively use newly implemented AI tools.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science or similar.
- Strong interest in innovation, Proactive, detail-oriented.
- Hands-on, structured and able to independently drive implementation projects.
- Interest in applying AI to real sales and business workflows.
- Comfortable experimenting with new software and learning quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to document findings clearly.
