Marketing Director

Haelixa is a pioneering company delivering a bulletproof DNA-based traceability solution to mark and trace products across global supply chains. From recycled fibres to luxury textiles and jewelry, we enable brands to verify origin and authenticity claims with a forensic science-backed approach. Our technology is trusted by leading global fashion, textile, and jewelry companies. 

We are entering a high-growth phase and are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our global activities, positioning Haelixa as the platform for in-product traceability. Your role will blend creative brand building with hands-on commercial impact.

Start as soon as possible or other mutually agreed date.

Objectives of the role: 

  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations and technology teams to uncover insights that shape impactful marketing and branding strategies. 
  • Supercharge lead generation and build a robust, high-quality sales pipeline in both established and untapped markets. 
  • Amplify brand visibility and thought leadership, tracking and leveraging performance metrics that drive measurable growth. 
  • Establish Haelixa as the go-to authority in traceability through powerful, consistent thought leadership and brand storytelling. 

Your responsibilities:

Brand & Storytelling 

  • Elevate Haelixa’s brand, refining our value proposition and go-to-market positioning. 
  • Drive high-quality content creation across channels — from thought-leadership articles and social media campaigns to press releases and customer success stories. 
  • Keep our website, marketing assets, and digital presence fresh, compelling, and conversion-focused. 

Events, PR & Industry Presence 

  • Put Haelixa on the map at the right industry events — whether speaking on stage, hosting roundtables, or leading panels. 
  • Build trusted relationships with media and industry networks to secure top-tier coverage and thought leadership. 
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to expand our reach into new markets and audiences. 

Growth & Sales Enablement 

  • Partner closely with sales to generate and qualify leads in existing and emerging markets. 
  • Introduce Haelixa to prospective customers through impactful presentations, meetings, and demos. 
  • Manage CRM data and sales tools to ensure our pipeline is healthy, accurate, and growing. 
  • Provide the sales team and customers with marketing resources that close deals — from co-branded materials to strategic campaign support. 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fashion, textiles or luxury industry. 
  • Proven success in brand building, lead generation, and sales enablement. 
  • Strong experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, events, and public relations. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or any other language is a plus). 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
