As a Marketing & Communications Intern (40% or more) you will help to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies, work alongside the sales & marketing team, and acquire marketing skills and knowledge of various communication strategies, ultimately providing you with broad experience.
Your mission: contribute to strengthening Haelixa’s presence across the fashion and textile industry by helping drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. From assisting in digital initiatives to supporting events and social media, you will gain broad exposure to modern marketing & communication practices in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, an eager to learn. Someone with a passion for storytelling, sustainability, and purposeful branding.
Schedule: Part-time flexibility at 40% or more, starting in August 2025
Duration: 6 months
Location: Kemptthal (Zürich), Switzerland or Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and execute social media – focus on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data about marketing and communication efforts
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. events and website)
- Prepare promotional materials
- Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and monitoring search engine rankings
- Manage and update company database (CRM)
- Help with internal and external communications
Requirements and skills:
- Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing and communication techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. social media, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, Hubspot, or others)
- Passion for marketing, communications, and public relations
- Current enrollment in a related BS or Master’s degree
